The Records and Admissions Office

The Records and Admissions Office of the Adventist University of the Philippines functions as the academic curator of the students’ scholastic records.    The objective of the office is to ensure that the students’ applications are processed and admission requirements are complied with; registration of admitted students is accurate, complete and on time; graduation requirements are accurate, complete and accomplished on time.

As the curator of academic records and other related documents, the office is in-charge of receiving, preserving, evaluating and issuing of credentials.


            The AUP RAO is committed to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of academic records.


            To be one of the most effective and efficient Adventist records and admissions offices in the Asia-Pacific region by 2022.
