Dear Graduates, Alumni, Family members, and Friends of the Adventist University of the Philippines,
On behalf of the AUP, I cordially invite you to attend our upcoming events and graduation ceremonies.
The Preschool Moving Up ceremony will be merged with the AUP Elementary Recognition Program on May 15. The venue will be announced soon. May 16 will be the AUPE Graduation at the Philippine International Church (PIC).
Everyone is welcome to join the Academy, Undergraduate, and Graduate seniors’ Consecration on Friday nights and the Baccalaureate worship services on Saturdays from May 17-26, 2019.
May 16 will be the AUP-Academy’s Recognition Day at the University Gymnasium and that weekend, May 17-19, will be the Senior High School Graduation ceremonies at PIC.
May 22 will be the Pinning and Dedication Ceremony of the ARDENT 2019 Nursing batch at PIC.
There will be two events on May 23. The general Graduation Rehearsal for the Undergraduate and Graduate ceremonies will be done in the morning at PIC and the Alumni banquet at the University Gymnasium in the evening. To all alumni that wish to attend, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your spot. You may pay the registration fee of 750 pesos once you arrive at the venue on the 23rd. Consecration, Baccalaureate, and Commencement services will be held on May 24, 25 and 26 at PIC. The Tribute to Parents will be in the afternoon of May 25 at the University Gymnasium.
The College of Medicine will be having their Graduation services on June 21-23 at PIC. Announcements regarding the said event will be posted soon.
Kindly keep in mind that there will be no assigned seat for these events. There will also be ceremonies that will not allow more than two (2) family members per graduate. Please do confirm with your graduates.
